Next up in our Experimental Series is a Red IPA, which has been brewed to showcase Chinook hops. The Verdant yeast and added hop aroma enzymes help offset the 14g/l of hops against a strong caramel malt backbone. The result? A bitter, gripping and flavourful balanced ale.
The yeast on this brew is slow to settle so please be mindful when pouring from the bottle! Our main aim with any experimental brew is to create a unique beer that stands out from our other core styles and flavours.
