Our Philly Sour utilises an unusual strain of recently discovered wild yeast. This yeast magically produces lactic acid during fermentation! It produces a clean and elegant crisp tartness reminiscent of stone fruit, apples and pears. We added sour cherry and pomegranate to aid complexity and further the mouth-puckering delightfulness.
